800g carrots

750g parsnips,

1 sprout stalks (if we run out of stalks it will be the loose equivalent)

a red cabbage,

1 large Orange, 2 lemons, 1 Limes, 1 bulbs of garlic,

1 packets of Shropshire Spice Co Stuffing and 1 packet of Shropshire Spice Co Bread sauce.
